This morning I was linked to this incredible video named Afghanistan - Touch Down In Flight. Produced by Lukas and Salome Augustin (lukasaugustin.de) it documents, with crisp perfection, the unknown side of a country many of us know very little about. It's a shame this side of Afghanistan isn't covered in the media more often. Then again, maybe that's what makes this video so special...

Wow. I was having goosebumps the whole time I watched the video. I didn't know Afghanistan has these hidden beauty to it. All I hear in the news war, war, and war. The place is wonderful! No doubt about that.
